Solo.Shots is free to use with ads. Premium is an optional monthly auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple.
Your photos are yours. They're stored on your device (and, with Premium iCloud Backup, in your own iCloud).
Cancel Premium any time in your Apple Account settings; it stays active until the end of the paid period.
01. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Gül Eda Aydemir ("Developer", "we", "us") about your use of the Solo.Shots app for iPhone and iPad ("App"). They include our Privacy Policy. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
You confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live).
02. License to use the App
If you follow these Terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
copy, modify, distribute, sell or sublicense any part of the App;
reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except where the law allows it;
use the App for anything unlawful;
remove or change any proprietary notices in the App.
03. Free version and advertising
The App is free to download and use, with these conditions:
Projects: your first project is free. Up to three more can each be unlocked by watching a short rewarded ad. More projects need Premium.
Photos: each free project holds up to 100 photos.
Exports: free timelapse videos are exported in 1080p after a short ad; 4K export can be unlocked once by watching an additional ad (the export itself still shows one). Free videos, posters and DNA Cards include a SOLO.SHOTS watermark.
Timelapse from your photos: you can build and preview it for free (with a watermark); saving it as a project needs Premium.
Ads: the free version shows ads served by Google AdMob, including short ads you choose to watch to unlock features and occasional full-screen ads between screens.
Ads are provided by Google under Google's policies. We aren't responsible for the content of third-party ads.
04. Premium subscription
What you get
"Solo.Shots Premium Monthly" is a 1-month auto-renewing subscription. It removes ads, lets you remove watermarks (posters and DNA Cards have none; on videos you switch it off in the editor) and unlocks unlimited projects and photos, 4K export every time, iCloud Backup & Sync, importing photos into projects, RAW (DNG) capture on supported cameras, and saving timelapses made from your photos.
Price
The price is shown in the App and on the App Store in your local currency before you subscribe. Prices can change; Apple will tell you before a price increase applies to your subscription, as its rules require.
Billing and auto-renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
Cancelling
Cancel any time in your Apple Account settings (iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Premium stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused time.
If Apple's purchase sheet shows a free trial or an introductory price when you subscribe, it turns into a regular paid subscription at the end of that period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
Restoring
To use Premium on another device or after reinstalling, open Settings in the App → Subscription → Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple Account.
05. Your content
You own the photos and other content you create or import with the App ("Your Content"). Your Content is stored on your device and, if you use Premium iCloud Backup, in your own iCloud account. We don't receive it and we don't acquire any license to it.
You're responsible for Your Content. Please only photograph people who have agreed to it, and only photograph children with their parent's or guardian's permission. You confirm that Your Content doesn't break the law or anyone else's rights.
Keep your own backups of photos that matter to you. We can't recover photos that were deleted from your device or iCloud.
06. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, code, graphics and the "Solo.Shots" / "SOLO.SHOTS" name and logo, belongs to Gül Eda Aydemir and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't give you any rights in it except the license in section 02. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.
07. Prohibited use
Don't use the App to create or store illegal or harmful content, to violate someone's privacy or rights, to get unauthorised access to systems, to get around security or purchase checks, or in a way that could damage or overload it.
08. Disclaimer of warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, to the fullest extent the law allows, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We don't promise that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that it will meet every need, or that every defect will be fixed. Features such as face and pet detection depend on your photos and on Apple's frameworks and may not find every photo.
09. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits; there, our liability is limited as far as the law allows.
10. Third-party services
The App uses Apple services (App Store and StoreKit for purchases, iCloud/CloudKit for Premium backup, the Vision framework on your device) and Google AdMob for ads in the free version. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.
11. Apple's standard terms
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If these Terms conflict with Apple's EULA on a point the EULA covers, the EULA wins. Apple isn't a party to these Terms and has no obligation to support the App.
12. Ending these terms
You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it and cancelling any subscription in your Apple Account. We may suspend or end your license if you seriously break these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where the Developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above and, for important changes, mention it in the App Store release notes.
15 October 2026: described the free version accurately (project unlocks, 100-photo limit, ads, watermark), named the monthly Premium subscription and what it includes, added iCloud Backup and Timelapse from your photos, and replaced the contact address.

15. Severability and entire agreement
If any part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the App.
