Yes. Photos and videos live side by side in the same dump. Videos keep their original quality in Swipe Carousel mode, and inside Canvas pages they can be trimmed, muted and played back in place.

DUMP saves the finished dump into a new album in Apple Photos, named after your project and already in the right order. Open Instagram, create a post, choose that album, tap select-multiple, select everything, and post. No reordering is needed.

DUMP is built for iPhone running iOS 17 or later. It can be installed on iPad and will run in iPhone compatibility mode, but the layout is designed for phone screens. There is no Android or web version.

No. In Swipe Carousel mode your media is copied with zero recompression, so the exported file is exactly what your camera captured. Canvas and grid pages are rendered at full resolution, and transparency is preserved where an image has an alpha channel.

The free tier builds dumps of up to 10 items and stores 5 saved projects. DUMP+ raises this to 20 items per dump — the maximum Instagram accepts in a single carousel — and removes the project limit entirely.

No. Exports contain no watermark, no badge and no branding on either the free or the Premium tier.

Projects are stored on your device only, so deleting DUMP deletes them permanently and they cannot be recovered. Anything you have already exported stays safe in Apple Photos, because those are ordinary photos in your library.

Photos access is needed for two things only: reading the assets you choose to put in a dump, and writing your finished dump into a new album. DUMP does not scan, index, catalogue or transmit your library.

Yes. If you grant access to selected photos only, DUMP builds from exactly those assets. If there are fewer than the dump size you chose, it tells you how many are available rather than silently producing a shorter post.

Yes. Swipe Carousel mode, the Canvas editor, grids, a starter set of templates, frames, stickers and textures, and full original-quality export are all free, with no ads. DUMP+ is an optional upgrade for people who post often.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside DUMP. Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select DUMP and choose cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next renewal.

All purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple rather than from the developer. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the DUMP purchase and submit a request.

Open Settings inside DUMP and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase and connected to the internet. If it is still locked afterwards, email solostaseraofficial@gmail.com with your purchase date and Apple receipt.

This is almost always a permission or iCloud state. Check Settings → Apps → DUMP → Photos and choose Full Access, or add more items under Limited Access. If your library is set to Optimise iPhone Storage, some originals live in iCloud and need a moment to download before they can be used.

DUMP needs permission to add to your library and enough free storage to write the finished files. Confirm both, then export again. Large video dumps take longer — keep the app in the foreground until it finishes. If it still fails, send a bug report with your iPhone model and iOS version.
