DUMP: Carousel & Collage is a free photo dump maker for iPhone and iPad. It picks your best shots on the device, builds an Instagram carousel, collage or grid, and saves the finished dump to a new Photos album in posting order. It needs no account and works offline.

A photo dump is a casual carousel post made of several real, unpolished photos and videos posted together instead of one perfect shot. It is the format people use for weekend recaps, trips, month-in-review posts and anything that works better as a story than a single image.

Yes. Choose Smart Dump and a moment (this weekend, last month, this year, or a trip DUMP detected by itself). DUMP looks at up to 180 photos on your iPhone, drops blurry shots, keeps only the sharpest of each burst or near-duplicate run, mixes people, places and details, and puts them in the order you took them. Screenshots are always left out. You can swap any slide afterwards.

Swipe Carousel gives each photo or video its own slide and saves your original files to the album untouched. Collage pages are a freeform multi-page editor where you place, layer, mask and decorate media; DUMP then renders each page at 2160 px on the long edge. Yes. Photos and videos live side by side. In Swipe Carousel mode videos keep their original quality. On collage pages videos play in place and can be trimmed and muted, and pages that contain video are saved as MP4 (up to 90 seconds per page).

After you save, tap Share to Instagram. DUMP copies your caption, and your slides are already in a new album named after your project, in posting order. In Instagram, start a new post, pick that album, turn on multi-select and tap the slides in order, then paste the caption. Instagram only lets approved scheduling tools publish carousels to professional accounts through its API; DUMP has no account or server, so the last tap is yours. You can also share the cover to your Story.

DUMP is a universal app for iPhone and iPad and needs iOS or iPadOS 18.6 or later. There is no Android or web version.

The current version (3.0.1) is available in English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and Turkish. You can switch the app's language in DUMP's settings, independently of your iPhone's language.

Not in Swipe Carousel mode: DUMP adds your original photos and videos to a new album in your order, so nothing is re-encoded, resized or duplicated. The exception is a photo you add a date stamp to, which is re-rendered as a high-quality JPEG. Collage, grid and template pages are rendered at 2160 px on the long edge (for example 1728 × 2160 at 4:5) and saved as 98%-quality JPEG, without transparency; pages with video are saved as MP4. Instagram compresses on upload either way; this way it only happens once.

On the free plan, Random Dump, Smart Dump and the Sunday draft build up to 10 items, and you can keep up to 3 saved projects. With DUMP Premium they build up to 20 items, Instagram's carousel maximum, and projects are unlimited. A dump needs at least 2 items, and a collage project can have up to 20 pages.

No. Exported photos and videos carry no watermark on either plan. One thing to know: on the free plan, caption text you copy or share from DUMP ends with a small #DumpApp tag. Premium can turn that off.

Projects are stored only on your device, so deleting DUMP deletes them permanently and they cannot be recovered. Anything you have already exported stays in Apple Photos, because those are ordinary photos in your library.

Nothing is uploaded. DUMP has no account, no server and no third-party SDKs, and its App Store privacy label is “Data Not Collected”. You can make and save a whole dump in airplane mode. DUMP itself only talks to Apple's purchase system (StoreKit), when it checks or processes Premium. If you use iCloud Photos with Optimize iPhone Storage, iOS may download your own full-size originals from iCloud when DUMP shows or saves them; that's between your device and your iCloud account. Photos access lets DUMP show your library, build dumps from it on your iPhone, and save the finished dump to a new album. Smart Dump looks at dates, sharpness, similarity and faces, the Sunday draft rates how good each photo looks and skips receipts and documents, both with Apple's on-device Vision framework, and DUMP reads the location stored in your photos to suggest trips. This happens on the device only; nothing is uploaded and there is no server.

No. Smart Dump counts faces in a photo to tell people shots from scenery, but it never identifies who anyone is. DUMP never asks for your device's location; to suggest trip dumps it reads the location already saved in your photos, on your iPhone, and never sends it anywhere.

Yes. If you share only selected photos, DUMP builds from exactly those items, including Smart Dump. If there are fewer than the dump size you chose, it tells you how many are available rather than silently making a shorter post.

Yes. Smart Dump, Random Dump, the Sunday draft, Swipe Carousel export at original quality, collage pages, grids, cut-out stickers, date stamps and a free set of templates, frames, stickers and styles are all free, with no ads. DUMP Premium is an optional upgrade for people who post often.

Premium unlocks 20-item Random Dumps, Smart Dumps and Sunday drafts, unlimited projects, every premium template, frame, sticker, background, text style and filter, all app themes, the Caption Generator, swipe-video export and copying captions without the #DumpApp tag. Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside DUMP. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select DUMP and choose cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

All purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple rather than from the developer. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, find the DUMP purchase and submit a request.

In DUMP, open Settings → Upgrade to Premium, then tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy, and connected to the internet. If it is still locked, email solostaseraofficial@gmail.com with your purchase date and Apple receipt.

This is almost always a permission or iCloud setting. Check Settings → Apps → DUMP → Photos and choose Full Access, or add more items under Limited Access. If your library uses Optimize iPhone Storage, some originals live in iCloud and need a moment to download before they can be used.

DUMP needs permission to add to your library and enough free storage to write the finished files. Confirm both, then export again. Dumps with long videos take longer, so keep the app open until it finishes. If it still fails, send a bug report with your iPhone model and iOS version.
