DUMP is an offline photo and video dump maker for iPhone. It has no account system, no server, and no way to receive your photos. This policy explains exactly what that means, what stays on your device, and what Apple handles on our behalf.

1. Who we are
DUMP is developed and published by Gül Eda Aydemir, an independent developer based in Türkiye, acting as the data controller for the limited purposes described below. Contact: solostaseraofficial@gmail.com.
This policy covers the DUMP iPhone application and this website. It applies to everyone who uses the app, anywhere in the world.
2. What we do not collect
To be unambiguous, DUMP does not:
- Require an account, email address, phone number or sign-in of any kind;
- Upload, back up, mirror or transmit your photos, videos or projects anywhere;
- Scan, index, catalogue or analyse your photo library beyond showing you the items you ask to choose from;
- Include advertising, ad networks or ad identifiers;
- Include third-party analytics, attribution or crash-reporting SDKs;
- Track you across other apps or websites, or build a profile of you;
- Sell, rent or share personal information with anyone.
DUMP's creative features — importing, editing, layouts, templates, stickers, frames, text, filters and export — all work with your iPhone in airplane mode. The only network activity in the app is Apple's StoreKit framework loading subscription prices, processing a purchase or restore, and periodically confirming that an active subscription is still valid. No content you create is ever part of that traffic.
3. Photos permission
DUMP asks for access to your photo library because that is the material it works with. Access is used for exactly two purposes:
- Reading the photos and videos you select or that a random dump pulls in, so they can be shown, edited and rendered inside the app;
- Writing your finished dump into a new album in Apple Photos when you choose to export.
Your media is read into memory and, where necessary, written to a temporary working area inside the app's own private storage on your device. It is never sent off the device.
Limited access is fully supported. If you grant access to selected photos only, DUMP works from exactly those items. If you decline access entirely, the app will tell you which features need it; you can change your decision at any time in Settings → Apps → DUMP → Photos.
Original photos and videos in your library are never modified or deleted by DUMP. All editing is non-destructive: edits are applied to a copy at export time.
4. What is stored on your device
The following is written to DUMP's private container on your iPhone. None of it is accessible to us or to any third party.

There is no cloud copy. Deleting DUMP permanently deletes your projects, and neither we nor Apple can recover them. Dumps you have already exported remain in Apple Photos as ordinary photos and are unaffected.
If your iPhone backs up to iCloud or a computer, app data may be included in that backup under Apple's terms. That backup belongs to you; we have no access to it.
5. Subscriptions, purchases & Apple
DUMP+ Premium is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple's In-App Purchase system, on a weekly or yearly plan. New yearly subscribers may be offered a free trial period. Where this applies:
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending;
- A free trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled before it ends. Any unused portion of a trial is forfeited if you subscribe before the trial expires;
- You manage and cancel your subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, not inside DUMP. We cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf;
- The current price for your region is fetched from Apple and displayed in the app before you purchase.
When you buy, renew or restore:
- The transaction is processed entirely by Apple. We never receive or store your name, payment card, billing address or Apple Account details, and the app has no server that could receive them;
- The app asks Apple's StoreKit framework whether an active entitlement exists. Making that check involves your device communicating with Apple, under Apple's privacy policy. We do not operate a receipt-validation server, and no such check is routed through us;
- The result — whether Premium is active — is cached on your device so unlocked features continue to work offline. That cached flag contains no identifier and no purchase detail;
- Apple provides us with aggregated, anonymised sales, subscription and download reports through App Store Connect. These contain no information identifying individual users.
Purchases, renewals, refunds and subscription management are governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policy. Refund requests go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. Third parties
DUMP bundles no third-party advertising, analytics, attribution or crash-reporting software. The only external party involved in the app is Apple, in its role as distributor, payment processor and subscription administrator.
If you choose to open Instagram, an email client or another app to share or discuss a dump, that app's own privacy policy applies from that point on. DUMP does not post on your behalf.

If a future version of DUMP introduces any data collection, this table, the App Store label and this policy will be updated in the same release, and the change will be described in section 13.
8. Children
DUMP is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. Because the app collects no personal data at all and requires no account, there is nothing for us to hold about a child. Parents with questions may contact us at the address below.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. This includes rights under the GDPR (EU/EEA and UK), the Turkish KVKK (Law No. 6698), and the CCPA/CPRA (California).
In practice, because DUMP holds no personal data on any server:
- Access and portability: everything DUMP stores is already on your device and in your control. Exported dumps live in your own Photos library.
- Deletion: delete a project inside the app, or delete the app, to erase everything it holds. No request to us is required, and no copy survives elsewhere.
- Sale or sharing of personal information: we do not sell or share personal information, and never have. There is no opt-out to exercise because there is nothing to opt out of.
- No discrimination: exercising any right does not affect your access to the app or its features.
If you email us, that email is personal data you have chosen to send. We use it only to reply to you and keep it no longer than needed for that purpose. You can ask us to delete the correspondence at any time.
10. Legal basis for processing
Where the GDPR or KVKK applies, on-device processing of your photos is carried out to perform the service you asked for — the app cannot build a dump without reading the media you chose — and, where required, on the basis of the permission you grant through the iOS system prompt, which you may withdraw at any time in Settings. Responding to a support email is based on our legitimate interest in providing support to users who contact us.
11. Security
Because DUMP stores everything locally and transmits nothing, the security of your content rests primarily on your device: your passcode or biometric lock and iOS's own app sandboxing, which prevents other apps from reading DUMP's storage. We recommend keeping iOS up to date and using a device passcode.
No method of storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We also cannot recover data lost through device loss, damage or app deletion, because we never hold a copy of it.
12. This website
This site is a static set of pages hosted on GitHub Pages. It sets no cookies, runs no advertising and includes no analytics or tracking scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and your browser's request for them reaches Google's servers, which may log the IP address involved as part of delivering that file. GitHub may also log standard server request data as part of hosting. Neither is used by us to identify you, and no profile is built.
Links to the App Store, Instagram and Apple's refund service lead to services with their own privacy policies.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app develops. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes — particularly any change to what data is collected — will be described here and reflected in the App Store privacy label in the same release. Continued use of DUMP after an update means you accept the revised policy.
