These Terms of Use ("Terms") are the agreement between you and the developer of DUMP ("DUMP", "the app", "we", "us") and govern your use of the app. By downloading, installing or using DUMP, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Contents
1. Using DUMP
DUMP is a photo and video dump maker for iPhone. It builds carousels, collages, grids and canvas pages from media already in your photo library, and exports the result into a new album in Apple Photos. You may use DUMP for your personal and commercial creative work, subject to these Terms and to section 5.
DUMP is built for iPhone running iOS 17 or later. You are responsible for having a compatible device and a supported operating system. Some features depend on device capability, available storage and the media in your library, and may behave differently across hardware.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age at which you can consent to app terms in your country, to use DUMP. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms with you.
2. No account, your device
DUMP requires no account, sign-up or login. Everything you create — projects, pages, layouts, edits, preferences and saved items — is stored on your device only.
You are solely responsible for your data. There is no cloud copy and no server holding your work. If you delete a project, delete the app, reset your device, or lose or damage your iPhone, that content is gone permanently and neither we nor Apple can recover it. Dumps you have already exported remain in your Apple Photos library as ordinary photos.
3. Your content
You keep full ownership of every photo, video and dump you make. We claim no licence, no rights and no interest in your content. We never receive it, because DUMP transmits nothing — see the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having the necessary rights to the media you use. By using DUMP you confirm that you own, or are otherwise permitted to use, the photos and videos you put into a dump, and that publishing the result does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
4. Subscription Terms
What is offered
DUMP Premium is an auto-renewable subscription that removes project and item limits and unlocks all templates, frames, stickers, textures, text styles, filters, tints, the caption generator, and export without attribution.
Subscription lengths and pricing
- DUMP Premium Weekly — 1 week duration, billed weekly.
- DUMP Premium Yearly — 1 year duration, billed annually.
The exact price is shown in your local currency inside the app on the purchase screen before you confirm, and is charged to your Apple Account. Prices vary by App Store storefront and may change; any change is shown in the app before purchase.
Free trial
The yearly subscription includes a 3-day free trial for users who have not previously used a trial or introductory offer in this subscription group. The weekly subscription does not include a free trial. When the free trial ends, the full yearly price is charged automatically to your Apple Account and the subscription renews annually until cancelled. If you purchase a subscription before the free trial ends, the unused portion of the trial is forfeited.
Automatic renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price and for the same duration unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation and refunds
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account subscription settings, or on your device in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access to Premium features continues until then. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policy.
Restoring purchases
An active subscription can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple Account using the Restore Purchases option on the Premium screen in the app.
Terms of use
Use of DUMP Premium is also governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Templates, frames & stickers licence
DUMP includes templates, frames, stickers, textures, gradients and text styles that we own or have licensed. Subject to these Terms, you receive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use these assets as part of a dump you create, including for commercial posts, client work and paid advertising.
You may not extract, isolate, redistribute, resell, sublicense or make available the assets themselves — for example by exporting a sticker on its own, packaging our frames into another app, template pack or asset library, or offering them for download. The licence covers the finished work, not the raw materials.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use DUMP for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law;
- Create or distribute content that is illegal, that infringes someone's rights, or that depicts or sexualises minors;
- Use DUMP to harass, defame, impersonate or invade the privacy of another person, including by publishing images of people who have not consented where consent is required;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- Interfere with or disrupt the app, or attempt to circumvent purchase, entitlement or usage limits;
- Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the app itself.
7. Instagram & other platforms
DUMP is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, Apple or any other platform. Platform names are used only to describe what DUMP helps you make.
DUMP does not post on your behalf and has no connection to your social accounts. Once you export a dump, uploading and publishing it is entirely your action, governed by that platform's own terms — including any compression, cropping, item limits or content rules it applies. We have no control over how another service handles your post.
8. Intellectual property
DUMP — including its name, wordmark, icon, branding, design, code, artwork and bundled content — is owned by the developer and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and App Store Usage Rules. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You retain ownership of the content you create, as set out in section 3.
9. Privacy
DUMP keeps your content on your device and transmits nothing. Our Privacy Policy explains what is stored, what the Photos permission is used for, and what Apple handles, and forms part of these Terms.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
DUMP is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that every export will succeed on every device, or that defects will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, projects, profits, goodwill or opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use DUMP. Because DUMP stores data locally and we hold no copy, we are not responsible for any loss of content.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your mandatory consumer rights.
12. Apple App Store terms
These Terms are between you and the developer only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for DUMP or its content. You acknowledge that:
- Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for DUMP;
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app;
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory non-compliance, and consumer protection claims;
- Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling or discharging any third-party intellectual property infringement claim relating to the app;
- You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties;
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you; and
- Your use of the app must comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and the App Store Usage Rules.
13. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms as the app develops. When we do, the "Last updated" date above changes, and continued use of DUMP means you accept the revised Terms. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the app or any feature at any time. You may stop using DUMP at any time by uninstalling it; cancelling a subscription is done through Apple as described in section 4.
We may suspend or terminate your licence to use the app if you materially breach these Terms. Sections 3, 5 and 8 to 12 survive termination.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence give you additional rights or require a different forum. Nothing here removes your right to bring a claim in the courts of your own country where the law provides for it.
