Your data stays on your device.
Solora: AI Life Planner is a personal planner. The roles, tasks, habits, projects and notes you create live on your iPhone or iPad, not on a server. There's no account, no analytics and no advertising. This page explains exactly what that means.

Our approach
Solora is built to be local-first. In this policy, “we” means the developer, Gül Eda Aydemir. The information you enter to plan your life is stored on your device and is yours to control. Solora has no account, no sign-in and no server, and it contains no analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs. The app makes no network requests of its own; it only opens links you tap (this website, the App Store and Instagram) and talks to Apple for purchases.
Because of this, Solora's App Store privacy label is “Data Not Collected”.
Data on your device
The content you create in Solora is saved only on your device, including:
- Roles, tasks, subtasks, projects, moodboards, habits and your daily Big 3.
- Streaks, habit history, check-ins (such as your morning energy check-in), reviews and insights.
- Reminders, preferences, colors and language settings.
- Items you complete, archive or delete, which stay in the Archive until you delete them permanently.
Solora's Home Screen widgets read the same on-device data through a shared container on your device. Your data is included in your normal device backup (iCloud Backup or a computer backup) if you use one. Solora doesn't sync between devices through iCloud or any other cloud, and we don't operate a server that receives or stores this content.
On-device AI & voice
Solora's assistant (chat, day planning, project breakdowns, weekly reports and the AI widget) uses Apple's on-device foundation models, part of Apple Intelligence. What you type is processed on your device. Solora does not send your prompts or their results to us or to any third-party AI service. Preferences the assistant remembers (for example, that you plan best in the morning) are stored on your device.
If you use voice input, Solora asks for microphone and speech-recognition permission and requires on-device speech recognition, so your voice is transcribed on your device and isn't sent to Apple's servers for transcription. The microphone is used only while you dictate.
Apple Intelligence is provided by Apple and governed by Apple's own privacy terms. The assistant needs iOS 26 or later on an Apple Intelligence–capable device; without it, Solora's other features work the same.
Permissions
Every permission is optional. Solora asks only when you use the related feature:
- Notifications: to deliver the reminders you set.
- Calendar: to find free time around your events when the assistant plans your day or schedules project steps. Solora adds events to your default calendar only when you turn on “Add tasks to calendar” and choose to schedule the steps of an AI project breakdown.
- Microphone and speech recognition: for voice input to the assistant, transcribed on your device.
- Camera: to take a photo for a project moodboard. Photos you pick from your library are chosen through Apple's photo picker.
You can change any permission at any time in the iOS Settings app.
Purchases & subscriptions
Solora Premium is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. When you subscribe or buy Lifetime, Apple processes the payment; we never receive your card number or billing details, and we can't see who you are.
Solora asks Apple whether Premium is active and keeps a local copy of that status on your device so the app works offline. Subscription management and refunds are handled by Apple through your Apple Account.
Notifications
Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. There's no push server, and we don't send marketing messages. You can manage or turn off notifications any time in Solora's Settings or in iOS Settings.
Links & this website
Links in the app open this website, the App Store or Instagram in your browser or their apps; those services have their own privacy policies.
This website has no cookies, ads or forms. It counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which stores nothing in your browser and doesn't follow you across other sites or build a profile of you. When a page loads, a small script from Cloudflare reports the page address, the page that linked to it, your browser, operating system and device type, your country (worked out from your IP address) and how quickly the page loaded; we see only totals, never individual visitors. It's hosted on GitHub Pages, which logs visitors' IP addresses for security purposes, and it loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives standard request data such as your IP address. What we never do
- We don't sell or rent your personal data.
- We don't show ads or use advertising or analytics trackers.
- We don't build profiles about you.
- We don't require an account or read your contacts.
If we ever add an optional feature that changes this, for example sync or analytics you can turn on, we'll update this policy and describe it clearly before it takes effect.
Your control
Because your data lives on your device, you're in control of it:
- Edit or delete any item inside Solora. Deleted and completed items go to Settings → Data → Archive, where you can restore them or delete them permanently.
- Remove everything by deleting the app, which erases its data from that device (a device backup you made earlier may still contain it).
- Manage permissions (notifications, calendar, microphone, speech recognition, camera) in iOS Settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR, the CCPA or Türkiye's KVKK to access, correct or delete personal data. Since we don't hold your Solora content, you can exercise most of these directly in the app. For anything else, contact us using the details below.
Retention
Your content stays on your device for as long as you keep it in Solora or until you delete the app. We hold no copies, so there's nothing for us to retain. If you email us, we keep that email only as long as needed to help you.
Children
Solora is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required where you live). We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children. If you have a concern, contact us and we'll help.
International users
Solora works the same way wherever you are: your content stays on your device. Purchases are processed by Apple in your region. This policy is governed by the laws of Türkiye, without affecting any mandatory protections you have under your local law.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, mention it in the app's release notes on the App Store. The previous version of this policy took effect on 21 June 2026.
