Privacy Policy

Your data stays on your device.

Solora is a personal planner. The roles, tasks, habits, projects and notes you create live on your iPhone — not on our servers. This page explains exactly what that means.

01

Our approach

Solora is built to be local-first. The information you enter to plan your day is stored on your device and is yours to control. We designed Solora so that we never need to collect, see, or sell the content of your tasks, habits, or conversations with the in-app assistant.

We don't ask you to create an account, and we don't require you to sign in to use Solora.

02

Data we process

The content you create in Solora — including the following — is saved locally on your device:

  • Roles, tasks, subtasks, projects, habits and your daily “Big 3” focus.
  • Streaks, habit history, check-ins and progress.
  • Reminders, preferences, themes and language settings.

This data stays on your device and within your own iCloud backups if you have device backup enabled. We do not operate a server that receives or stores this content.

03

On-device AI

Solora's assistant — chat, daily planning, and project breakdowns — runs on Apple's on-device intelligence. The text you send to the assistant is processed on your device to generate a response. Solora does not transmit your prompts or their results to us or to a third-party AI service.

Apple's on-device models power these features. Their behavior is governed by Apple's platform and privacy terms.

04

Purchases & subscriptions

Solora Premium is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. When you subscribe or buy the lifetime option, Apple processes the payment — we never receive or store your card number or billing details.

Solora reads your entitlement status from Apple to know whether Premium is active. We may store a local record of that status on your device so the app works offline. Subscription management and refunds are handled by Apple through your Apple Account.

05

Notifications

Notifications are scheduled locally on your device to deliver your reminders. We don't use a remote push server, and we don't send marketing messages. You can manage or turn off notifications anytime in iOS Settings.

06

What we never do

  • We don't sell or rent your personal data.
  • We don't show third-party ads or use advertising trackers.
  • We don't build advertising profiles about you.
  • We don't require an account or collect your contacts.

If we ever introduce an optional feature that changes this — for example analytics you can turn on — we'll update this policy and describe it clearly before it takes effect.

07

Your control

Because your data lives on your device, you stay in control of it:

  • Edit or delete any item directly inside Solora at any time.
  • Remove everything by deleting the app, which removes its local data from your device.
  • Manage permissions (calendar, notifications) in iOS Settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA to access, correct, or delete personal data. Since Solora keeps your content on your device, you can exercise most of these directly in the app. For anything else, contact us using the details below.

08

Retention

Your content is kept on your device for as long as you keep it in Solora or until you delete the app. We don't hold copies on our own systems, so there's nothing for us to retain after you remove the app.

09

Children

Solora is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We don't knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll help address it.

10

International users

Solora works the same way wherever you are: your content stays on your device. Purchases are processed by Apple in your region. This policy is governed by the laws of Türkiye, without affecting any mandatory protections you have under your local law.

11

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll revise the “Effective” date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, surface a notice in the app. Continuing to use Solora after an update means you accept the revised policy.
