Terms of Use.

Last updated: 15 October 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Solora: AI Life Planner app for iPhone and iPad ("Solora", "the app"). "We" and "us" mean the developer, Gül Eda Aydemir. By downloading, installing or using Solora, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Using Solora

Solora is a personal planning and productivity app for iPhone and iPad that helps you organize tasks, habits, projects and a daily focus around the roles in your life. You may use Solora for your own personal planning, including planning your own work, subject to these Terms.

Solora requires iOS or iPadOS 18.6 or later. The AI assistant additionally requires iOS 26 or later on an Apple Intelligence–capable device with Apple Intelligence turned on. You're responsible for having a compatible device and operating system. Some features depend on your device's capabilities and may not be available on all hardware.

Because you download Solora from the App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). These Terms add details specific to Solora.

2. No account, your content

Solora does not require you to create an account. The content you create — tasks, habits, projects, notes, roles and assistant conversations — is stored on your device. Because there is no account and no server holding your content, you are responsible for your data. Deleted and completed items go to the in-app Archive, where you can restore them. If you delete an item permanently from the Archive, or uninstall the app, we cannot recover that content. Solora doesn't sync between devices; your normal device backup is the only copy outside the app.

3. Premium & subscriptions

Solora is free to download and use, with an optional Premium upgrade that unlocks additional limits and features. Premium is offered as:

  • A monthly auto-renewing subscription;
  • A yearly auto-renewing subscription, which may include a free trial for eligible new subscribers; and
  • A one-time lifetime purchase, which is not a subscription.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. For auto-renewing subscriptions:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in the Settings app: tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. AI assistant

Solora includes an optional assistant powered by Apple's on-device foundation models (Apple Intelligence). The assistant generates suggestions to help you plan, break down projects and adjust your day; new items it suggests appear as proposals you can edit before saving. It requires iOS 26 or later and an Apple Intelligence–capable device, and may be unavailable on some hardware or in some languages and regions.

AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. The assistant is a planning aid only — it does not provide professional, medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Use your own judgment and verify anything important.

5. Privacy

Solora is designed to keep your content on your device. We don't operate a server that collects your tasks, habits or assistant conversations. For full details on what is and isn't processed, please read our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Solora for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by law;
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or related systems;
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or its content; or
  • Use the app in any way that could damage, disable or impair it.

7. Intellectual property

Solora, including its name, design, branding, code, graphics and content (excluding content you create), is owned by the developer and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store terms. You retain ownership of the content you create in the app.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Solora is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) Solora. Because Solora stores data only on your device and we cannot recover it, we are not responsible for loss of content, for example after a permanent delete, a lost device or an uninstall without a backup. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Apple App Store terms

These Terms are between you and the developer only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. You acknowledge that:

  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Solora;
  • In the event the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation;
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you; and
  • Your use of the app must comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and the App Store Usage Rules.

11. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms. We may also modify, suspend or discontinue the app (or any feature) at any time. You may stop using Solora at any time by uninstalling it.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
