Common questions

Quick answers.

How do I get support?
Email solostaseraofficial@gmail.com with your question, your iPhone model and your iOS version. Screenshots or a short screen recording help a lot when reporting a bug.
Is my data backed up anywhere?
No. Solora keeps your tasks, habits, projects and AI conversations on your iPhone. There's no account and no server that collects your content — which means your data is private, but it also can't be recovered after you delete an item or uninstall the app. Learn more in the Privacy Policy.
How do I restore my Premium purchase?
Open Solora, go to Settings → Premium, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy. If it still doesn't restore, email us and we'll help.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not inside the app:
  1. Open the iPhone Settings app.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
  3. Select Solora and tap Cancel Subscription.
Your Premium access stays active until the end of the current billing period.
How do refunds work?
All purchases and subscriptions go through the App Store, so refunds are issued by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find Solora and request a refund. If you bought by mistake or hit a problem, email us first and we'll do our best to help.
Why is the AI assistant unavailable?
Solora's assistant runs entirely on Apple's on-device intelligence, so it needs a supported iPhone running iOS 26 with Apple Intelligence enabled. If it's greyed out, update iOS and check Settings → Apple Intelligence & Siri. Because it's on-device, the assistant also works without internet.
Notifications and reminders aren't showing up.
Open the iPhone Settings app → Solora → Notifications and make sure they're allowed. Also check that Focus modes or Do Not Disturb aren't silencing them, and that each task or habit has a reminder time set inside the app.
Which devices and languages are supported?
Solora is built for iPhone on iOS 26 and is fully available in English and Turkish, with instant in-app language switching in Settings → Language.
