I want to organize my life. Where do I start?
Start smaller than you think. Name the 3–5 roles you play (parent, student, creator…), pick just three things for today, and clear one visible mess. Solora plans your day around roles with a daily Big 3, Solo.Swipe turns a camera-roll cleanup into a few minutes of swiping a day, and ATHA ends the day with a short breathing break. There's a printable 7-day plan in How to organize your life when you don't know where to start.
How do I feel less overwhelmed by my phone?
Cut the noise you see every day: turn off notifications you don't need, then shrink your camera roll in short daily sessions instead of one marathon. Solo.Swipe shows one photo at a time, so keeping or deleting is a single swipe, and it tells you how much storage you freed. There's a longer walkthrough in How to declutter your iPhone.
I'm a creator. How do I post more consistently?
Batch instead of scrambling. Cull right after you shoot (in Solo.Swipe, swipe up to file the keepers into an album), turn that album into a finished carousel or photo dump (DUMP picks the best shots on your phone), and protect posting time with a Creator role and a posting habit in Solora. The full weekly system is in How to post consistently as a creator.
I can't sleep and my mind races. What can I try right now?
Try a few minutes of slow breathing in a dark, quiet room. The NHS describes a simple calming breath: breathe in gently for a count of about 5, out for about 5, and keep going for at least 5 minutes. The Sleep Foundation describes 4-7-8 breathing: in for 4 seconds, hold for 7, out for 8. ATHA guides both styles for free. Stop and breathe normally if you feel lightheaded or uncomfortable; the Sleep Foundation suggests talking to a doctor first if you have epilepsy, a psychiatric condition or a history of trauma. This is general wellness information, not medical advice; if sleep problems last for weeks or affect your days, talk to a doctor.

How can I track my fitness progress with photos?
Take the same photo, from the same angle, in the same light, on a fixed schedule, then compare months rather than days. Solo.Shots overlays a see-through ghost of an earlier photo so you line up every time, keeps a streak, and turns the series into a timelapse.
Are these apps really free?
All six are free to download, and ATHA is completely free. The other five have optional paid tiers: Solo.Swipe Pro and Solo.Shots Premium (both show ads in the free version), and Solora Premium, DUMP Premium and SHOOTS+ (no ads in any of them). Each app's website lists exactly what's free and what's paid.
Are there iPhone apps that don't collect my data?
Check the App Privacy section on each App Store page: “Data Not Collected” means the developer declares that no data is collected. DUMP, Solora and ATHA all show “Data Not Collected”, and SHOOTS, the newest, has no third-party SDKs and collects no data. Solo.Swipe and Solo.Shots show Google AdMob ads in their free versions, and Solo.Swipe also sends usage statistics and crash reports to Google Firebase (version 5.0 has no in-app switch to turn this off). Both apps' App Store labels list location, identifiers and usage data under “Data Used to Track You” (for ads).
Do I need an account?
No. None of the apps has a sign-up or login. Your photos, plans and progress are stored on your device (Solo.Shots Premium also backs them up to your own private iCloud). The free versions of Solo.Swipe and Solo.Shots use Google's ad SDK, and Solo.Swipe sends usage statistics to Firebase. Each app's website lists exactly what it collects.
Do the apps work on iPad?
Yes, all six run on iPhone and iPad. Solo.Swipe, Solora, DUMP, Solo.Shots and ATHA can also be installed on Apple silicon Macs (M1 or later) and Apple Vision Pro as iPad apps; SHOOTS is a camera app made for iPhone. ATHA and SHOOTS also have Apple Watch apps. Minimum versions: iOS 16 for Solo.Swipe, iOS 17.6 for Solo.Shots, and iOS 18.6 for Solora, DUMP, ATHA and SHOOTS.
Who makes these apps, and are they legit?
They're made by Gül Eda Aydemir, an independent iOS developer. All of them are listed on the App Store under the seller name “Gul Eda Aydemir”, and each app links its own privacy policy and support page. You can email the developer directly at solostaseraofficial@gmail.com.
